SCHOOL OF BUSINESS CUSTOMER CARE TRAINING FOR SUPPORT STAFF

A three day School of Business (SOB) Non-teaching Customer Care Training commenced Yesterday at Central Catering Unit (CCU).

The purpose of this training is to mainstream customer care in the day to day operations of the School. The School aims to become a model School in Customer Care and in service delivery

In his opening remarks during the preliminary session the Principal CHSS Prof.Enos Njeru impressed upon staff the importance of Customer Care.

Present were Dean Sob Dr.James Njihia,Associate Dean Graduate Business School Dr.Mary Kinoti and Chair Department of Business Administration Prof.Justus Munyoki.

The Training is expected to end on Friday.
