School of Business led by Associate Dean Graduate studies Prof Mary Kinoti, participated in this year's open dayThe 3-day event ran from January 17 to 19, 2019 was held at the Great Court, Main Campus. All colleges and central administration units had set up camp at the event, meeting and engaging both internal and external stakeholders.

Speaking on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic Affairs, Prof. Julius Ogeng’o said that Open Days offer increased access to sustainable quality higher education through quality assurance enhancement and information service.
 
“Open days are invaluable and provide prospective students with momentous experience of what it feels like to be in a university.  Parents and students will find it easy and convenient to interact with our professors and current students about the requirements of your preferred course,” he said. “It acts as an eye-opener and gives you some insights on the relevant courses and options in your priority list. You will also be able to see various extra-curricular activities that take place here and find out where you can excel.”
 
Partners that participated at the Open Day include the Higher Education Loans Board, Institute of Human Resource Management, European Union, Kenya National Examinations Council and Media School Africa.
