The 5th University of Nairobi Open Day is scheduled for May 8th - 10th, 2014 at the Great Court, Main Campus.  This will be the fifth time the event is being held since the concept was pioneered in 2008 to create an open forum of interaction between the University and its clients.

Training in the most simplistic definition, is an activity that changes people‟s behavior. Increased productivity is often said to be the most important reason for training. Perception is the process by which organisms interpret and organize sensation to produce a meaningful experience of the world. Effectiveness is the measure of performance of the trainees against some expected level of performance. The International secondary schools in Kenya are private, coeducational day schools, which offer an education program for students of all nationalities.

For most firms, successful new product innovations are engines of growth. Product
innovation is the result of bringing to life a new way to solve customer’s problem. To
remain relevant, financial institutions have gone through continuous re-modification,
re-invention and re-introduction of product propositions to meet customers changing
needs. The objective of the study was to determine the effect of product innovation on

The Kenyan government created Investment Promotion Agencies to assist in attraction and

The slow economic growth and deteriorating investor confidence after the 2007 general

election saw decline in FDI inflows and poor political instability. Despite all the problems

and attempts by the government to improve on the FDI inflows, the economy is still
