Call for Submission of Papers and Posters

The University of Nairobi, Faculty of Business and Management Sciences will host the 14th African International Business and Management (AIBUMA 2023) conference which aims at providing interdisciplinary communications, where researchers, intellectuals, policy/decision makers, and consultants share the results of their research studies and thoughts. The conference seeks to showcase research, and provide a forum for collaboration and fusion with business leadership practice as we continuously seek to enhance University-Industry linkages. The conference will be in streams:

(i) Business Conference Stream and (ii) Research Papers Stream.

The conference will be held both virtually and physically in order to enable participants from diverse geographical locations to interact and share knowledge widely. The University of Nairobi has made all the necessary arrangements to make this conference deliver a unique experience to the participants.

Papers and Business Case Presentations The fully papers, business case presentation, practical management insights and posters should not exceed 8000 words.

Submit to: aibuma-conf@uonbi.ac.ke Conference Proceedings All successful conference abstracts will be available to all participants alongside the conference programme. All submitted conference papers will be blind peer-reviewed by competent reviewers. Further, each paper presenter or conference participant will be awarded a certificate of participation. Presentation formats Research papers, presentations, TED talks, fishbowls, and other non-traditional methods of sharing ideas are welcome. Special Journal Issues Selected conference papers of high quality will be published in a special edition of the African Journal of Business and Management (AJBUMA) ISSN (Online): 2079-410X; Vol 9, No.2 of 2023, within two months after the conference.
