The University of Nairobi basked in the brilliance of its students at the annual Students' Recognition Ceremony on May 3rd, 2024 at Taifa Hall. The event was a vibrant celebration of academic prowess, artistic flair, social responsibility, leadership, and more. 610 students were recognized across various categories, showcasing the remarkable diversity of UoN's talent pool. Among them, 60 exceptional Faculty of Business and Management Sciences students stood out, receiving awards from esteemed partners like Unilever, Kenya Breweries, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte and Touche and the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry among others.

Prof. James Njihia, Faculty Dean, commended these awardees for their dedication and hard work. Their success reflects the faculty's commitment to developing skilled graduates who can thrive in the dynamic business world.

Prof. Leonida Kerubo, Deputy Vice-Chancellor- Academic Affairs, set the tone with a powerful message. She reaffirmed UoN's commitment to nurturing exceptional graduates, not just academically, but also as future leaders equipped to make a positive global impact. Professor Stephen Kiama, Vice-Chancellor, echoed this sentiment, expressing immense pride in the caliber of UoN's student body.
