This is to inform all students that the HELB Institutional Portal is now fully updated to access Second and Subsequent Allocation Students Data 2025/2026 FY under the Old and New Funding Model.
This data includes:
1. Students Details (Name, Admission No. and KUCCPSID) 2. Program Cost
3. Scholarship Awarded
4. Tuition Awarded
5. Fee payable by student
The portal is accessible via the following link: https://portal.hef.co.ke/auth/signin.
Additionally, students will be able to view their Upkeep Awards through their HEF Student Portal. The same data shall be available for the First Time Applicants upon successful allocations.
Students are guided on accessing their upkeep awards details through the HEF Student Portal.
