Caroline Kigen became a member of the Compliance Advisory Panel in January 2008 and deputy chair in January 2013. She was nominated by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya.

Prof. Ndemo was appointed Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Communication where he promptly started new development programs, including marketing Kenya as a destination for Business Processing Outsourcing. Between 1989 and 1993 he was a Financial Systems Analyst with Medtronic Inc. a Fortune 500 company in the USA. Mr. Awuondo holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Nairobi and has trained in London as a Chartered Accountant. He is the current Managing Director of the Commercial Bank of Africa where he has previously served as General Manager and Executive Director. He had formerly worked with Githonga and Company and Nation Printers and Publishers Limited as group Auditor and later as the Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary.
