"In 1984, I had nothing but an idea, a vision, motivation, and inspiration to start a bank. "Within the first years of operation, the bank identified a niche and focused on lending to the lower end of the market of tea, coffee, and small-scale traders," he concluded, challenging students to pursue their interests with diligence.
